Driftwood Grille - Novi

I went here with my family for my 50th birthday. I NEVER write reviews. This is my first. I will NEVER go back here and will advise my local family and friends to stay away. I ordered a meal with well done steak. My waitress didn’t write anything down. Long story short, several of the orders were mixed up and by the time I got to eat my steak, it was cold. To top it off, the waitress followed me into the parking lot to ask why I left such a bad tip (10% . It was because she did nothing to correct the situation and found nothing wrong n what was happening. I am an honest and straight forward individual and never give less than 15%. This was my first time. She ruined my meal and didn’t even think anything of it. Good luck to this place. Neither myself or my family or friends will be going here ever again.

Quickly becoming a “regular”. The Ahi Tuna and Crab Cakes are fantastic. Lia our server was outstanding this past Friday. Will be back for sure! Excellent staff, food and can’t beat the view.

Went to the Driftwood after the Polar Plunge and it was a great experience! Excellent food and wait staff! Will be returning soon!
