The cookies are good, but the staff could win an award for the rudest employees in the world. I waited over an hour for my order, which was supposed to be ready on time. When I asked why it was taking so long, one of the employees told me that others were waiting quietly and questioned why I was in a rush. To make matters worse, she canceled my order right in front of me when I expressed my frustration. She dismissed my concerns by saying that she's never seen anyone work so poorly, implying that it was my fault for speaking up. Customers should be able to voice their dissatisfaction, and businesses need to listen in order to grow. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

These cookies are gigantic! They remind me of Mrs. Fields cookies, but they come in larger sizes and offer a variety of flavors. The red velvet cookie tastes more like chocolate with some red dye, but it's still delicious. If someone prefers thin and crispy cookies, this isn’t the right place for them. These cookies are large, warm, and incredibly soft!

Wow! The cookies here are amazing. If you haven't been yet, it can be a bit confusing to navigate, and the signage could definitely use some improvement. We make it a point to visit every week to try all the new flavors. While not every flavor is a hit, the classic options are really good, and the caramel cake flavor is absolutely fantastic!

I check flavors of the week every week, last week the carrot cake and cookies and cream was absolutely sinful. The Crumbl cookie weekly assortment is a great marketing strategy and Should never go out of business. My first visit here took longer than expected. It was crowded but I ordered ice cream on the app. After waiting 15 minutes, I grabbed a worker's attention. All they did was grab the ice cream out the freezer. It could've been a 30-second store visit. A week later, I came back and ordered ice cream again. This time, a rude worker handed me the ice cream without providing any silverware. They just walked away and didn't say anything.Update: I’ve been back twice and the service has improved. Much quicker times and friendlier service.
