The place was nearly empty, with only one other table occupied and nobody at the counter—a red flag. Despite this, I decided to give it a try before my movie. I ordered a burger to go, hoping to enjoy it in my car. Unfortunately, the bottom bun was so mushy it practically disintegrated. It seemed like they rushed the preparation and didn't allow the fat to drain off properly, resulting in a soggy mess. I had to peel off the bottom bun to eat the burger, which was disappointing. This should not happen for a burger that cost $10 or more With Five Guys opening soon next door, I can’t see myself returning to Burger 21. The overall experience was quite a letdown.
