Burger 21 - Novi

I have celiac disease, so their gluten friendly options are phenomenal. They have gluten free buns, separate grilling areas, and a seperate gluten free shake mixer. I have never once gotten sick after eating here. I come here so often, and I would trust this place with my life. They're my go to for burgers, especially if I don't want something too heavy or greasy, yet still want a burger and fries. Staff is always friendly, online pickup is always hassle free, and food is always delicious. Dietary restrictions: Celiac/gluten intolerance

Ordered the chicken tenders and the onion strings. Both were barely edible. Also, the staff forgot to include the sauces with the order. When I called to let them know, they said they couldn’t offer a coupon for next time. Definitely not worth the price. Won’t be back.

I recently visited Burger 21, and the experience left much to be desired. The place was nearly empty, with only one other table occupied and nobody at the counter—a red flag. Despite this, I decided to give it a try before my movie. I ordered a burger to go, hoping to enjoy it in my car. Unfortunately, the bottom bun was so mushy it practically disintegrated. It seemed like they rushed the preparation and didn't allow the fat to drain off properly, resulting in a soggy mess. I had to peel off the bottom bun to eat the burger, which was disappointing. This should not happen for a burger that cost $10 or more With Five Guys opening soon next door, I can’t see myself returning to Burger 21. The overall experience was quite a letdown.

Best chain burger there is, great flavors, clean place, good prices.
