Ordered an all American cheese burger they salted the patties so badly I couldn't eat the burger. It just tasted like I was eating spoons full of salt. Service was slow and not the greatest. View all feedback.
You did not know how to register to open the open table to check the reservation. I said I had to wait 45 minutes. I had to talk to a manager and they let us sit right now.
We made a Saturday evening reservation for 4 people on Open Table. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that they did not use Open Table and the waiting period was 25 minutes. We left two little kids with us who didn't want to wait. Be careful!
You almost didn't honor the reservation. The food didn't get hot. You charged a drink.
Buffalo wild wings across the nation are pretty consistent. However, this service is the factor which makes a difference. Today I went to pick up a carry out and Brady served me. He was amazing very knowledgeable and up selling person which is good for business. great customer overall I had a great experience. This is my regular.
They messed up my order but made it up by taking it off the bill and giving us lettuce for free, I may not like the poor imitation of Duff's that is B-Dubs but I will admit they have damn good service
