They gave my food to someone else and when that customer returned it they tried to give it to me not realizing I was watching everything. I literally watched this all happen and repeatedly asked the cashier if that was the same bag the other customer just went through and all he kept saying is this is your order in the bag. Some of you do not know that some places (such as this special situation in twelve eggs) are extremely short workers and only 2 employees at this place work during a normal week. you should be grateful that they even showed up to serve you, and they are not the only person who commands here, so they will definitely experience a waiting one. it is a shopping center to cry loud. many people are waiting for order. you're just patient and sympathetic. also mistakes happen and they do their best to correct them.
The workers never work. I’ve tried to get food twice in the last 30 days and the workers always say we’re only selling drinks. Went today at 4:50pm and the two workers are making food for themselves in the back and eating it while telling paying customers they can’t order food. Fire them! So many people are willing to do the job.

I already waited for 17 minutes and they told me it would only take 7 for fresh chicken and fries. But to let someone dig thru my food and then not remake it is UNACCEPTABLE. This is my second time ordering with them and both times they were extremely trifling. I will not return or ever recommend anyone here.

Waited 20 minutes to get my order and the person in front of me got their order way after me. my food was wrong two times in a row and wasn't cooked all the way through. This was outrageous and unbelievable I will never be coming back to this A&W. in all seriousness I give this a one star rating the staff at this restaurant were terrible besides one girl who is trying to get everybody back on task. I recommend not going here.
