The staff is very unprofessional and nervous in the evening, plus they are very rude to customers. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I live in this city and there are so many better and more affordable places in the city. 2 out of 5 just because the food is ok, everything else 0.

Ordered with Glovo, after almost 2 hours still did not receive my order (700 m away from their location). Very bad service, cannot recommend.

Embarrassing! The staff is super impolite!!! The food is okay but workers need to fix their attitude, after waiting over an hour and calling to see if the food is coming they brush it off as “it’s on the way”. Waiting 20 minutes more to call again, without any additional information the girl started to yell AT ME (I am their customer?!?! how it’s been sent and it’s already on the way. They told me that 20 min earlier, which I pointed out, and she AGAIN started yelling that it cannot go faster than it is. It has been 2 hours and the food is still not here... Novi Sad has a lot of places with better service, for example Kuca Kobasice rather spend your money there. This is the last time I ordered from here.
