The Habit Burger Grill - Novato

I recently added Habit to my list of favorite restaurants and this was my second or third visit to this chain. The prices are a bit high, but the food is a refreshing change from my usual fast food options. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, although I did have to wait a little for my food. Overall, I can't complain when the food is fresh and hot. I'm Dre Day of The Bay, and you already know the rest!

There has been a lot of staff turnover at this restaurant. The manager is great. Unfortunately, I did not receive a complimentary burger as the newspaper ad I had featured a barcode.

I really enjoyed the ranch and sweet potato fries at this restaurant, but the burgers were disappointing. The patties were dry and the assembly seemed sloppy. Despite specifying no mayo, it was still added to my burger every time. I value good cooking and believe that those in the kitchen should take pride in their work. If the staff lacks passion, the administration should take action. It's a shame when a restaurant doesn't prioritize the quality of their food.

The onion rings were not extra crispy and were not crispy either.

I asked for extra Caesar dressing but did not receive it. The dressing I did get was not enough to cover the entire salad. If you like Caesar salad with very little dressing, then this is the salad for you.
