Taqueria La Fiesta - Novato

Never again. Theirs dozens of other great Mexican restaurants in Novato, and I made the mistake of coming to this one.

So Gross I got the chicken enchiladas and I don’t know what type of green sauce that it was but it taste like butt literally. The rice tasted funky like a smoky burnt taste. I’m not sure how to put the taste into words but it was disgusting not worth the price at all avoid if u can be careful not to get sick other people have stated that also.

I called in and ordered 3 tacos of beef tongue with beans and sour cream today for lunch. When I got there, they only accept cash. The tacos were so plain, no sauce nor flavor and very dry. The customer service was also very dry and unwelcoming. I literally saw some whole tacos on a nearby grass uneaten that someone left- now I can see why. DO NOT COME HERE, eat elsewhere such as Maya Palenque for nearby Mexican food. Not real Mexican food, nor friendly service.

The simple truth is, don't go, it will be cheap but it is from the vrg. I ordered a Milanese with potatoes and it was half cooked. The potatoes were dry and as if their food had been raw for days and there were very few of them, it was the amount of one hand and a friend didn't like it And he asked for it to be changed, he asked for a Menudo, it was pure water, fat, bones, a man who was already a little old told the cook and he became aggressive, he told us that if we would like it, it wouldn't be another place that wasn't going to cook 1 pound of meat. My friend told him to calm down, he said not to go to the vrg, the tortilla chips are burned and I still charge them, I would give him zero but I can't.
