Starbucks - Novato

Never go to this starbucks service is slow and inexperienced. They dont even know how to work the cashier! You have to see which lady is there working or you'll be waiting for 20 minutes for 1 drink. I suggest the one down redwood by trader Joe's???? they know what they're doing.

The woman who works there is so bad. She was complaining about everything that she doesn't want to work and because I get there, nownshe has to wash the blender to make my order .. like I am making her work . This is no the first time she done this . Last time she was talking so bad about customers. No acceptable! No good customers service

Very rewarding experience after doing multiple household errands. I really deserved the Mocha Cookie Crumble. What was special about my September 30th afternoon stop was the way Maria was so graceful in preparing a routine Starbucks Drink at just another Starbucks within a Safeway. She took it as if she were a top-rate housemaid with a long cafe resume working for a billionaire.

In and out quickly. Nice, clean high priced coffee. I purchased two 25 dollar STARBUCKS Gift Cards for my twin Nieces birthday tomorrow. This should be enough to get them a coffee and donut.
