While the food was good, it didn't make up for the trouble caused by the service. Additionally, there is no air conditioning, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. As for wheelchair accessibility, the front door has a small step that isn't suitable for those using wheelchairs, but the back door offers a more accessible entrance.
