Food is standard IHOP. Not my favorite but my family love the reliability.Service is about as slow as you get. Ambiance is actually not bad. It's diner style but well done. Just make sure you check the seats to make sure sticky finger smears have been wiped up View all feedback.

I had the spinach and mushroom omelet. The spinach was fresh, the onions were grilled nicely, and the mushrooms sauteed. It was delicious. The pancakes were sooooo good. The service was attentive but not pushy. I was very satisfied with the meal and the service. It was actually top notch.
Poblano and beef benedicts were amazing. Staff is hardwarorking and nice.Food came out quickly. Their hashbrowns are really yummy.
