One of the best Sushi restaurants in Novara, compared to the competition of big chains here prevails the quality of raw materials, and the ability of chefs to make them unique in the dishes. The service in store and at the tables is great, there is a very good girl who speaks very well Italian. Moreover, they have created a very innovative, comfortable and simple application through which it is possible to order directly both at the table, and to take away, and for home deliveries (only thing: but I think they are already carrying out, to associate for all the elements of the menu a photo of the dish).

Excellent Aperisushi, great mix between tradition and fusion, super cute and attentive staff. We also took a sushi mix as well as aperitif and also that, more traditional, excellent (good eel, not easy to find so good in Italy). Among the drinks, in addition to the classics from aperitif, there are fusion variants (I tried the sake green tea, very delicate) and also the wines were very good. The small but cozy and clean room. Point of strength definitely the attention of the staff and kindness (always smiling). Experience to say little positive, to try absolutely.

NOT SUSHI SOLITO: all you can eat at lunch, à la carte a cena. Local not huge thing I enjoyed very much, with clean bathrooms with appreciated design. Cured dishes and quality of raw materials above average and is noted. The staff is courteous and helpful. I dined in the week taking: 1 L water 4 nigiri 3 huramaki 1 chicken skewer 1 coffee ——————— 37€ Chicken skewers cooked with sauce and huramaki with spiced internal salmon and Philadelphia surrounded by rice algae and external salmon. Simple but very tasty (see photo) I will definitely return
