Le Grandi Volte uno di quei posti ISTITUZIONALI, con una grande appartenenza alla città e STORICITÀ riguardo la struttura. Difficilmente là si può stravolgere, ma solo migliorare portandola al passo coi tempi, ed è quello che sta avvenendo.
