Small Trattoria located in a slightly peripheral area of Nova. Small parking a few meters. Small premises (about 30 places) but characteristic Family management home cooking. Pasta, dumplings and tortellini strictly handmade. Generous portions but especially GUSTOSE. Try the skewer. A giant 1kg skewer cooked to the grill served on a custom-made support. Already been for a dinner with couple of friends I returned for a booked lunch on the fly with my children. Booking made at the last minute with great availability of the owner to stop the table promptly, unfortunately in this experience, where we only ordered first and contour, we were a little disappointed regarding the previous dinner. Today I ate in this trattoria during a business trip. I am often in this area and I love the Milanese cutlet and when by chance I saw a trattoria that in the outside menu, in addition to the dishes of the day, appeared the written “no menu at a fixed price” I thought I could eat an excellent Milanese cutlet. As is evident from my assessment, expectation has been disappointed. The meat was good, but it was boiled inside the panatura which had completely detached and which consequently had crushed. In short, as a Milanese cotoletta, absolutely insufficient judgment. As a result 20 € for a piece of this type that did not exceed 150 gr. decidedly too expensive, in addition half liter of natural water pinned 3 € does not even deserve comment.
Stay away! I understand we're under covid... but as a result of a call in the period ZONA ARANCIONE that asked for confirmation on work lunch takeaway (being a trattoria!!! we went to the tractor in object for the withdrawal of 2 first, a second and a second with contour,2 waters....... without a grissino or bread napkins!!! to the moderate amount of 46 euros!!!! Amazing people who do not work... and others who take advantage of it....no comment............
The cuisine of this small restaurant is really great, the environment is familiar and the owner immediately makes you feel comfortable and well welcomed. Recommended!
Booking for time is the password,the place is really small. But you eat well, do not expect strange dishes, but the quality is there and a certain skill in the kitchen. Wine cellar in the norm, you must have clear ideas, because they will not recommend us. The bill is slightly expensive, but it is worth trying, it will be a pleasant evening
I came across this restaurant intrigued by the menu outside. And it was actually a well-paid curiosity. The restaurant recalls a rustic trattoria, the menu is not very rich but really great, cavatelli and pasta typically made in the house, seconds and generous outlines, quality and simple as I like. If you happen, I recommend the combination of the real cutlet, with a lot of bone and that it is hard to stay inside the dish) and bietole, really tasty. Wine and desserts suitably complete the evening. The prices absolutely adequate. Council.
