The staff was very kind... read more The judgment is only about the restaurant: the experience in general went very well, the environment is very nice, well-kept, pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful, however it was made up of a single person who served all 5 or 6 tables that were there that evening, and honestly it seems a bit too little for a restaurant of this level ... and at this price I would add. The food was very good, excellent in the case of the gnocchi and the cauliflower cream with ham and egg covered with truffles .... here are these two dishes I must say truly exceptional. The others are also good but perhaps in a couple of cases with excessively strong flavors, in my case it went very well because I love hot, spicy and smoky things but I think that for some people with a more delicate palate they may be a bit strong I am referring in particular to risotto and trout). Finally, one last detail that prevented me from putting 5 stars is that a dish did not exactly match the description on the menu which indicated cuttlefish which in reality weren't there. The price, as I said, is important, but commensurate with the level of the dishes and the context.

The restaurant easily deserves its Michelin star, with local seafood on the menu and local wines on the pairing. The breakfast is nice as well. The owner is kind and friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for the next stops on our Slovenia trip. Thank you for letting us stay! Rooms: Very nice. Food drinks: Seafood menu. Local wines.
