The amazing standard of food at Zen is always better. The menu changes every day so you will always be treated with a new experience. The guys offer excellent and friendly service. It is a must if you are in Anse Vata, Noumea. View all feedback.
I can't recommend L'Ed'Zen very much. My partner and I had a fantastic meal here, which I personally rated as the best we had in Nouméa this week. Mostly outdoor, but under deck the setting was absolutely beautiful. Their cuisine is an experimental fusion of styles and dishes and they perform it excellently. Their desserts included the best crème brûlée we have ever tasted, and their main thing was a crazy journey of different flavors that have worked together perfectly. When the waiter delivered the menu handwritten in French on a large whiteboard, we had problems finding out what the dishes were, and did not know exactly what was on our plates until we could sit down and make a series of Google search in our hotel. Nevertheless, we loved every bite, the staff was helpful to clarify all the questions we had, and it is worth taking a bit of trick into the darkness and then discovering what their amazing chefs can do. At the end we felt like on a culinary rollercoaster and were full to burst. It was a nice short walk back to the hotel and cost only about $10,000 CFP for two courses and a glass of wine (Pretty Standard for a meal in Nouméa). This is a must for every holiday in Nouméa.
Sensational restaurant. Large small backyard feel and good friendly vibes. Food was very good and good portion sizes. The staff was great! It's expensive.
We really enjoyed this place. The menu is written on a white board in French, but the waiters happy translated in English. I think the menu could change regularly. The meals were nice with generous portions, but were reasonably appreciated in view of the expensive Noumea!

Delicious food with a supremely interesting menu. This is a hidden gastronomic gem with a wide assortment of cooking including semi soft dried duck (done in house), pistacio foam, poutine with foie gras, and some other out of the ordinary but delicious food items.
