This is a very pleasant café built over a pretty Koi pond, a great place to drink a coffee and enjoy the best croissants in Noumea. We just returned and tried their breakfast special (including pastries, juice cocktail, eggs, bacon, toast and green salad as well as a coffee drink). It was so good that we will add another star! Horrible experience! Staff very unfriendly and lieing. Refused to give us a free table we chose. The boss was instructing the staff from the back. He was very ignorant to us. They refused to change our coffee order into a breakfast menue in order to choose all pieces separately for a higher price of course. As we refused and asked why, they all were unfriendly responding. Great place to eat and drink as you watch the world go to Port Villa. Especially if you want a water taxi. Cell phone.
Home away from home: come back every time I'm in Nouméa. Twelve times.
This was a rare wet and miserable morning on our first visit to Nouméa and dropped L'Annexe was just too inviting to miss. I have to say that our coffee, served by a very friendly staff, was very good. Overall a very pleasant experience.
What a panini it was! Everything is generously portioned here and also super tasty! Friendly staff and they speak English thank God Oh I wouldn't recommend their fruit juice. Too watery and didn't taste like fruit at all.
