Was Anonym at Zero a mag?
This new place in the heart of Nottingham City Centre is my new favourite, the staff are so friendly and will make you anything you like with their accommodating recommendations! I love that they are also gluten, wheat and dairy free to cater to coeliacs,...meaning they’re my one stop shop for breakfast and lunch. Ps. Their Açai bowls are unreal! would recommend! What Anonym dislikes about Zero:
I ordered a smooth bowl, people before me, every thing ordered per person, but it took half an hour to get my order! I have ordered here before and can say that most of the time I had good tasting, well done...Orders but I cannot justify half an hour waiting to make a smoothie if it could be served a whole main course in a restaurant this time, fresh made! they also have high prices! only good if you have no hurry at... I like this place very much, but they are soou slow. like any movement is in slower movement for real. but eating is great!
Beautiful and fresh would recommend. not many inside seats are therefore not good for large groups. the personal was nice and makes the food fresh
I've only tried the Acai bullets so far, but this place has become one of my favorites in Nottingham. healthy and tasty, definitiw a try worth
Zero is located next to Intu Victoria Center and in the Trinity Square as well as close to the Cornerhouse, Eon offices and opposite a gym. The menu is fantastic and the idea is perfect offering a healthy option for people who still want a...treat but are looking to lose weight or seek healthier options. Despite this the customer service skills from the workers is beyond atrocious. They show no interest in conversing or having the ability to converse with excited customers. We went at the end of their shift and they explained that it has been a long day, I just looked at them and thought about my long shift, that is life and owners should be much more enthusiastic and excited with every new potential loyal customer. If the workers are able to work on their people skills, I am very sure that Zero' could easily become a major success with stores around the East Midlands or even in the UK. Lesson number one is to talk with enthusiasm about your menu; simple lesson number two, don't complain about your hard shift, every single person has the same hard life, accept it, man up and show that you are happy what you are doing. I will definitely re-visit, and really hope that the workers could be much better at their people skills.
Zero, a newly discovered gem in Nottingham City Centre, is capturing the attention of health enthusiasts with its diverse menu of fresh juices, smoothies, and nutritious snacks. While the cozy spot garners praise for its accommodating staff and vibrant offerings, inconsistencies in service leave some patrons frustrated. Long wait times and occasionally lackluster drink quality have marred the experience for a few. Despite these setbacks, many loyal customers rave about the deliciousness of items like açai bowls and protein shakes, making Zero a promising choice for those seeking healthier options, especially after gym sessions. A place with great potential, Zero could benefit from a boost in customer service enthusiasm.
