the first time I'm here and it won't be the last. the staff was nice and the coffee was not too bad. I ordered a piccolo and my mother ordered an espresso, and if they like strong coffee, then definitely recommend to give them an attempt. will be back to try more dinge on the menu. I will give 4 stars and we will give the advantage of the doubt. on Monday afternoon weed visited there was a beautiful ambiente to the caffe and the colors are particularly distinguished. there is a hipster vibe that is suitable for the Hockley area. the coffee (rwanda) is a great positive. very rich and meets the place. it was regrettable that the waiter brought over all three drinks with blood splashes over the sauces where he was very apologetic and replaced the coffee. the menu itself is pleasant. the waiter informed me, however, that swaps of objects in sandwiches are not possible, as they are prepared before, why I ask how long it took for the food (25 minutes.) my two friends had the veggie sourdough sandwich 6.15) and seemed quite large. on the other and despite how delicious the roast chicken and pesto focaccia was, I was disappointed by the size for the same. it was also at 6,15, but it was the half of the size of the other sandwiches. Although I recommend the quality of the foods and drinks and the entire atmosphere in the caffe, I would hope that if I return, more attention and assessment over price for meal size improved, as it has potential to challenge local competition in a first-class caffe. weed still find her feet. all in all, quite satisfactory.
I am new to coffee drinking and have been asking for recommendations of places to try coffee in Nottingham, Wired kept coming up. Having tried a couple of the usual chains and a few independent places I have to say that this is one of the best Espresso's I have tried. The food is also delicious, the New Yorker sandwich was packed full of Pastrami and its a nice atmosphere, modern interior, always busy and easy to see why. Due to the popularity I suspect they will be opening more branches soon but I hope they manage to replicate what they have done here without selling their soul! I like this place a lot and highly recommend it.
Delicious coffee and a great location in the Lace Market sometimes a bit of a struggle to sit inside as it is its compact soI usually have to do a takeout unless I'm very lucky! But the fact that it's busy inside is a testament to the good coffee
Really nice coffee bar with lovely Staff ,a dream of different cakes and coffee Anytime when I’m back in Nottingham I will come back to enjoy again
