Despite advertising that they would be showing the grand national horse race on TV, we had to ask for the channel to be changed when we arrived. Additionally, there was a loud private party going on which made it difficult to hear the TV. Eventually, we decided to leave and watch the race at home. The presence of kids riding scooters inside the pub and someone bringing in their own sandwich from Tesco added to the negative experience. Overall, I continue to visit this place due to its proximity to my home, but each time I regret it.
