Patrons frequently enjoy the extensive menu, especially the well-received breakfasts like the hearty Mushroom Benedict and delicious black pudding. However, experiences can vary; while some visits feature friendly service and quick turnaround, others reveal issues like slow service and unkempt tables. Staffing challenges, particularly during peak times, have been noted as a potential drawback. Overall, guests appreciate the value for money and ambiance, making it a favored spot, despite occasional service hiccups that could dampen the experience.
Eating and drinking when they arrived were really nice. aperol sprtizes were beautiful. we sat on the dach terrace and they ordered a community table and the staff would come and the commands shout out. this has not proved to be a... edition, but the drinks took over half an hour to come and eat almost an hour in some cases. When it arrived, everything was nice.
Tom was a polite and friendly waiter and was clear and precise abt the rules of her wetherspoons, alex the security man was friendly and let us feel very safe and comfortable, I would recommend that this wetherspoons
One of the better Wetherspoon pubs in Nottingham, cheap beer an reasonable priced spirits, busy inside with quick service.
Went for a quick lunch with some uni friends, ordered our food and drinks on the app. Food comes after 20 minutes, takes another 10 minutes for the drinks to come. Also all the empty tables had peoples finished meals there, we had to clear...some out the way to find a table. They need to hire more staff for lunchtime.
Lovely atmosphere , prices very good , only down side is it needs accessible toilets , my partner struggled . We would have stayed longer , but went to another bar to use facilities there and finish our night out .
