came over this little caffe and went to lunch. really enjoyed the homemade suppe of the day. we also enjoyed some cake, but wished that the brownie more gooey! the staff always seemed to be busy with something, although there were many of them, and we felt that they were more pampered with each other than with the customers. What User doesn't like about The Kitchen On Pelham Street:
Stopped here for lunch on recent visit to Nottingham. Ordered lattes along with food and water. Lattes arrived swiftly and were excellent, however, even though it was not busy, the food hadn't arrived after minutes and had to go and chase it up....Even then the water failed to arrive without a reminder. The food itself was disappointing, both the bagel and sandwich were dry, chewy and uninspiring. Minor point perhaps... View all feedback.
This restaurant is located in a beautiful area in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from convenient parking. Everything is homemade and there is a specials board with a variety of options. The service is fast and friendly, especially when ordering a large latte. They offer free table water and clean toilets. We came back for dessert and were not disappointed. The millionaires cut, raspberry bakewell, and chocolate fudge cake were all particularly delicious.
Quick break from shopping! I found this little jewel. it is a really nice place for a place of lunch etc. the staff was polite and helpful. the service was fast. the image is of the Spanish hard that was stunning.
Really delicious homemade falafel open packaging. exactly what I needed.
We had a great experience at this restaurant. We chose to eat here because Foxy's was too busy with a long waiting line outside. When we arrived, the restaurant was full and the staff were all busy, but they quickly cleared tables and got everything moving smoothly. We enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast (with hash browns) and I had a tasty halloumi sandwich. The latte and tea were also very good. The interior is a bit cramped for strollers and wheelchairs, but overall we have been here before and will definitely be back.
This restaurant was the ideal spot for our girls' breakfast get-together. The staff was lovely, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The desserts were also amazing - we will definitely be returning!
