Food only 4* today asked for medium steak and it nearly walked of my plate, but put it down to a 1 off because the food is normally lovely, a very nice lady help sort it out and we enjoyed our visit x Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the steak, asked for medium to well. When it arrived it was still alive, looking at it. After another 20 minutes wait the second one was much better.. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Put it this way, when you decide to go for an outing with family to get food you expect to enjoy and eat together. This didn't seem like the case at all, three of us left without food and we waited that long we ended up eating whilst our party had already finished theirs. With experience working in a similar setting, I find this disappointing. All food for one table should be ready to be able to serve and satisfy a group of customers who ordered together. This could do with some improvement, maybe better staff.
