Food is very good but the service is the worst I’ve ever come across. If you want food for 7pm you need to order about midday. Such a shame as this restaurant has great potential, I’ve been a customer for years but I think I’ve reached the end of the line
The most rude place I have ever tried to order from . I called to place an order at Tara's unfortunately I didn't know the ingredients in one of the portions wanted to order. As I was asking what was in it ,I was told I'm wasting his time , and he dropped the phone on me straight away. Since the shop was on my way home ,I passed by ,but I felt the patronising never stopped from the short guy who was taking orders. I was again told he didn't have time to listen to my request because he was busy. Will never go back again to Tara's, can't wait for the guys next door to open.
Rang earlier to place order for collection, asked for my starter, then next item, person on phone said something but was unsure what they asked so double checked what I 'd already asked for, to be spoken to in a very abrupt manner and told listen to me madam . I apologised even though i wasnt in the wrong. Appreciate they are busy but I hung up, i didnt feel i needed to be spoken to in that way, they then rang back for my order,. I explained why I hung up and didn 't even get an apology from them to continue my order, they hung up! Shocked at rudeness.
Food excellent .... Excellent service You can take your own alcohol.. great price for the quality of food...food all freshly cooked .
Ate in for the first time in a few years and it was superb. Food was 10/10 along with the service. The new decor added to the feel. Highly recommend.
