The driver drove off and I could have asked him to come back for the food and the refund, but there were just more excuses. I was told to call back in 15 minutes since the manager would be available to authorize the refund, but then I was informed that they would be closing in just 2 minutes. I used to order from here all the time, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. You have lost a once-loyal customer; greed has ruined this takeaway.
