Contribute FeedbackIn a recent exploration of a local Pizza Hut branch, diners experienced a mix of flavors and frustrations. While the pizza often earned praise for its deliciousness, service efficiency fell short due to understaffing and noticeable delays. Reports of cleanliness issues and food shortages highlighted the need for refurbishment. Friendly staff, especially a long-serving team member, did their best amid challenges, yet inconsistent experiences led many to reconsider future visits. Though some found redeeming qualities in the welcoming atmosphere and tasty offerings, the overall impression points to a restaurant in urgent need of attention and improvement.
I went here Monday evening with me, my friends and their kids. The server called 'Chris ' who has been working at Pizza Hut for 43 years was great! (I hope he had a lovely birthday Tuesday! . Pizza Hut didn 't have all the bases due to food shortage and Pizza Hut kind of ran out of food but Chris was the boss alongside the team had a lovely visit and hope to return soon.
£7.50 for the weekday lunch buffet. Plenty of vegetarian and meat pizzas brought put quite regularly. Manager was a nice chap.
It was quite busy for a weekday. Had to wait for a long time for someone to come and take the order.Very slow service as there were only two people to cater multiple tables. The pizza when arrived was fresh and tasted well. Of not for the slow service, it would have been a five star.
The staff are really great and some of the best service I have had from a family establishment. The food was quick and all as expected. The waiter helped us choose the best value for money when ordering. Definitely will visit again.
Best pizza in town. We are enjoying every time we eat there. Free salad bar is amazing
