The staff is always friendly whenever we visit.

We explained that they never attempted to remove it... read more After some time, a manager stormed over to our table and demanded payment for the garlic bread we had eaten. We explained that they never attempted to remove it, and it was their mistake. The manager's attitude was poor, and her behavior left a sour taste in our mouths. The small mistake over a £3 garlic bread wasn't worth the unpleasant experience. Despite being a fan of the restaurant in the past, I am now hesitant to return due to the issues we encountered. It's a shame for business over something as trivial as a piece of bread. Merry Christmas, Pit, perhaps next year your theme can be A Christmas Carol.
