No sign of lif... read more We booked a table for 8 people to celebrate a birthday on 17th Feb at 7.30pm. When we arrived the restaurant was closed and in complete darkness. No sign of life and no notice on the door. I tried to telephone and there was no answer, no option to leave a message either. So I emailed for an explanation and still no answer. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Man’s… your loss was Las Iguanas gain. We will never even try to come back. No way to treat your customers.

The service was shocking, no welcome on arrival, no friendless or smiles just pointing and had to keep asking for them to come over. When ordering drinks they didn’t have much stock and again had to keep chasing up as well as having to ask multiple times for dishes that were missing. Half of the table had finished there food before the other even arrived and when it did it wasn’t anything special. There was not enough food for the amount of people ordered on the set menu, it was cold and majority of it was onion and found a hair in the rice which just topped it off.
