a fabulous, small, independent restaurant that has a relaxed atmosphere in a formal, fine dining area without feeling too tasty or excessively haute cuisine. the focus lies on the taste of the food that was always exceptional. often local products with high quality ingredients. the personal has always been a pleasure. a michelin “Bib Gourmand” for a great taste. Dissapointed. after reading I had very high expectations of my planned visit in the larder. the it area is breathtaking, unfortunately not so eat. <br I was very dissapointed with my experience! I went for the afternoon with a hen party of ladies. the larder could be good with couples and very small parties, but they do not seem able to deal with big parties. the quality of the food was not representative for the higher than the usual cost I usually pay for the afternoon. Sandwich fillings were simple and the tee was watery. the service was quite bad, with us all need to repeatedly mention the waiter on the refill of various things like jam and cream for the scene, water for the teekanne and milk a few! I'm gonna take some tea in the future.

A really nice meal we both enjoyed. After we were pampered over the Christmas season, we had another lunch and were very pleasantly surprised by our meal in the larder. I had the laughs as my starter and it was a perfect light introduction to my meal. my partner had the aubergine he had enjoyed. I couldn't decide between the duck and the lamb for my head. fortunate, my partner had the guts so I could have lammed and got a taste of what I missed. both were as tasty and we both enjoyed our meals. the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant is cozy with interesting left to local history, boots the chemist. would definitely recommend.
On Friday evening without booking, but for luck eating a table! was really good, although a little pricy, but it has the price worth! can also go with the fixed price menu that is really good! passion fruit cake was so delicious! definitely recommend!
