I was before my daughter was never enthusiastic she was, we think it is very expensive, in £24 for two adult and two children, they can only stay for an hour. then had to pay for dinner. cost us £64 for an hour

I'm waiting close to it and had... read more I was in this kitty caffe and loved it, so I always come back. However, at this opportunity I have booked a slot for 4 o'clock. I'm waiting close to it and had to wait for a table. that made me really worried and other people always came in and were extremely busy. to deteriorate my fear, there was a screaming child. I finally came to me, but had to call someone to take my order as I felt I was forgotten. that has never happened. the staff were very friendly, but so I can't mistake them and they were very patient and professional. So not sure what went wrong with this affair. I think, however, that there should be an age limit for children, because screaming infants are not good, for both others diner and scratch. mostly for the cats really. I still love kittens and will come back, but I thought I would inform you today about my experience. to be honest, I just wanted to go after I paid the welfare fee, but fortunately, the chaos settled after about half an hour.

We were barely seated for a couple of minutes before being asked for our order, even though I needed more time to feed my baby. Despite reminding the staff, my friend's food was forgotten and we had to repeatedly ask for it. There was also no baby changing area, which was disappointing considering we had mentioned bringing a baby when making the reservation. Additionally, the atmosphere was disrupted by children chasing the cats, who clearly wanted to be left alone.

The down side of this cafe is that because it is so big and it can accommodate so many customers, the cats seem to get a bit tired of all the attention. I went on a Sunday though. Maybe it was just because it was a busy day.
