The food was cold, greasy, and dry, as if it had b... read more I haven't been to a KFC in a long time, so I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I regret doing so. The food was cold, greasy, and dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The chips were also cold and soggy, and the drink was flat with no flavor. The wait time for the food from the point of order to receiving it was excessive. Additionally, the communication about order readiness was difficult to hear, as it seemed that the screens in the restaurant were either switched off or broken. I definitely won't be returning to KFC anytime soon.

I specifically asked for a plain zinger burger, but they gave me one with lettuce and mayo instead. I didn't even try it because I wanted a plain burger. My chips were cold and soggy. When I complained about the burger, they changed it, but it still wasn't very warm. The only thing they got right was my Tropicana drink, which was good. To make matters worse, they charged me 30 pence for barbecue sauce. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
