I made a mistake on the KFC app and accidentally ordered food from the wrong KFC location. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff were incredible and still fulfilled my order to save me from having to find the correct location. This act of kindness was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
We stopped coming to this restaurant because of poor customer service and wrong orders. Despite giving it another chance after many years, we were disappointed to find that our meals were not in boxes as expected, but instead in bags. Furthermore, one of the meals was missing its chips. We will not be returning.
I stopped by for a quick meal and was surprised to find the restaurant looking abandoned. The bins in the carpark were overflowing and inside, all the bins were full as well. The self-serve machines did not provide paper receipts and when I mentioned this to the staff, they seemed uninterested. In contrast, the nearby McDonald's was clean and someone was actively cleaning up. The management at this KFC needs to improve the staff's attitude, as evidenced by negative reviews on Trip Advisor and Google. A complete overhaul is necessary, and management should consider undergoing training again.
Absolutely awful food, awful customer service, food took 25 minutes for a box meal and a twister wrap, staff stood talking instead of doing any work, absolutely disgraceful place.
I 'm going to start by saying how the hell is this place still open... management is terrible, staffing is terrible and orders are never complete or right. I 've ordered many times through Just Eat and also been instore. When ordering from Just Eat you either get the wrong items or items missed completely. Ordered a Mighty bucket for one got fries and 4 pieces of chicken... no wings, no drink and no mini fillets. Instore I was sat waiting for around 25/30 minutes plus only 2 members of staff during a busy period on a Saturday evening. I asked a member of staff where the manager is and was told he was sat in the office. When I got my food I was missing 2 items and given the wrong drink. The restaurant was messy with food over the floor and tables. I love KFC but this store gives it a really bad name.
