The customer service at this restaurant was unhelpful and lacking in attitude. The front desk staff was not very helpful and the wait to be served, even though we were next in line, was long.

I have visited this restaurant several times over the years. It has never been outstanding, but it has never been as bad as some reviews suggest. I usually prefer the Mapperley location as it has better service. However, this past Saturday, while in Bulwell, we decided to go through the drive-thru and ordered two Trilogy Box Meals. Normally, these meals come with dips at the Mapperley location, but we were not asked about our choice of dips when we ordered. When we inquired at the window, we were told the dips were already in the bag. Unfortunately, this was not true, and we discovered this when we parked to eat our meals. We were a few miles away by then, and we had spent around £20 on two incomplete and unsatisfactory meals. The rest of the meal was fine, but the dishonesty about the dips was disappointing. I tried to reach out to KFC through their contact form, but it required me to upload something in order to submit a report, making it difficult to provide feedback. It seems like a way for KFC to avoid addressing customer concerns. Deliberately lying about the completeness of a meal is unacceptable, and making it difficult for customers to communicate their issues is also poor customer service. It makes me question if they truly care about customer satisfaction.

The food was terrible. The bucket of 6 pieces contained all legs, which were inedible. They were dry and extremely tough. Not even suitable for animals.

Appalling. Cold food, poor quality. Flat Pepsi. Waste of time and money. Queue for drive through was ridiculous too x
