KFC is quick to charge for staying longer than 90 minutes in the car park. They don't seem to care about illegal parking in disabled spaces or people taking up two spaces with one car. The pre-pay and order machine was not working, so we left without eating and went to Burger King instead.
Every time I go to this place I vow never to go again then enough time passes for me to forget and I end up going again. This time cash only at the drive thru. Had to reverse out and go inside. Guess putting a sign up at the entrance to the drive thru is outside of their skill set. Inside they processed my order and then told me it was a 25 minute wait for chicken!!! It's called Kentucky Fried Chicken all they sell is chicken. How can it be a 25 minute wait for their only product!!! How useless can you possibly be? I will NEVER go to this place again.
Woodborough road !!! Nottingham The place is absolutely filthy! I even raised it with a staff member on the till, also took photos where I was sat. Every bin was full, Chicken all up the windows rubbish all over the floors Every table was filthy not been wiped in ages or the floors. Loads of sauce and chicken/gravy all over the floor when you first walk in. One family walked out as they waited about five minutes at the til and nobody came. Won’t be returning absolute disgrace If I wasn’t hungry and my child needed to eat I’d of left instantly . I’d be disappointed with how you fun the restaurant the photos will be going to twitter and other places. I’ve more photos. Would have took a member of staff five minutes! But your staff would rather sit eating their food in the mess than get up and do something to help your company or restaurant run smoother. You prioritise, surely? Check your staff If they can sit down knowing this is all around them and do nothing you need new staff? Cleaning standards ? Health and safety? Anyone could have slipped on that ? Yet your staff worked past it a number of times with zero intention to clean. Dread to see the state of the kitchen if this is front of house.
