Need to improve the customer service.. otherwise ok
What just happened with my delivery? While the delivery arrived on time everything after that was awful. Fries were missing from the order and the the chicken bits were dry and felt like rubber. Chicken felt like it was re-heated leftovers from yesterday. Paid 43 GBP for a very awful service that made me wish I ordered in the Bulwell KFC instead. Moreover, the bad quality of food seems to be a constant problem in this particular restaurant as when i ordered from another restaurant, I never had any problems with food. If you want KFC, buy it anywhere but here. This place singlehandedly tarnishes the reputation of the KFC brand in Nottingham.
It’s a shame you even have to give them one star, with the absolute shambles of what the staff and food were, oblivious staff who spent more time chatting to each other while our food sat there on the side waiting for the chips, by time we got our food we just wished we hadn’t bothered, we received two sorry looking burgers, with a **** poor amount of lettuce which were slapped together carelessly, will never bother here again, not worth £17!!!!
I am unable to find the words to express what I witnessed. All I can say is that the chicken at this restaurant was so terrible that it will be the last thing I ever eat on this earth.
