Minute wait. Dirty. Told no gravy AFTER waiting for ages. I went there a few months ago and it was awful and I complained. There has been absolutely no improvement. Whoever is n charge of this place needs to learn about customer expectations. AVOID.
The food arrived cold and grey, with dry pieces of meat and cold chips.
This restaurant has an excruciatingly long wait, even when it's not busy. The food is cold, greasy, and often incorrect or missing items. It is served by indifferent staff who seem to be inexperienced. This is probably the worst KFC location on the planet.
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Staff just stand around looking miserable, no interaction with customers at all, not even a hello .... no customer service skills whatsoever. Just throw your food on a tray and hand it to you. No receipts available either, guess they cant be bothered to refill rhe paper. Food was cold, chips were non existent could.count how many were in a portion on one hand!!, Chicken was dry, hand been standing there a while!! Restaurant itself was dirty, cobwebs on all the light fittings and greasy floors. Place needs a proper deep clean., definitely staff training ... or just close it down . Wouldn't even give it one star.
We were very DISAPPOINTED in not only the unprofessional service of all staff members but in particular that of the manager namely Jordan who was dismissive of our complaints! We will not be returning and strongly advise local residents and others contemplating using this store not to.
