The customer service was also very poor, with staff appearing disinterested and unenthusiastic about serving customers. It seemed like the food was just heated up in a microwave and packaged food that could have been bought from a supermarket. Despite the restaurant's efforts to appear authentic, the food did not reflect true Caribbean flavors. The special jerk sauce was nothing special, simply tasting like regular BBQ sauce. For the high prices they are charging, the restaurant should prioritize preparing authentic Caribbean cuisine. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would rather opt for the nearby fish and chip shop.
