The beans were served cold and kept warm on a small bain marie above a regular household stove. The woman working in the kitchen was multitasking with her blue gloves on, cleaning countertops and preparing food in the air fryer. The lack of proper food handling practices raised concerns about food contamination and the risk of food poisoning. It's important for food establishments to be checked regularly to ensure food safety standards are being met.
