This time I ordered the large fries to see if they would fill the bag up but still no such luck. I thought 5 guys was meant to throw loads of extra portions of fries in the bag

The lady who served me was not very helpful, as I requested a burger meal and she told me they did not offer that option. I eventually figured out the ordering process on my own. I ended up ordering for 2 adults and 2 kids, with the suggestion of getting 2 extra large chips which was far too much food. Additionally, the drink machine was broken, so we did not have any drinks. The total bill came to £60, which was more than expected for the quality of food we received. The worst part was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were dirty and the floor in the toilets was wet with no locks on the cubicle doors. Overall, not a great experience.
