The fish and chips were absolutely amazing! The fish was of excellent quality, perfectly cooked in a crispy batter and fried in fresh oil. It's probably the best I've had in years, so I highly recommend this place! The delightful sides are just the cherry on top! View all feedback.

We used to visit regularly because the chips were the best in the area. However, during our last few visits, particularly while stopping by another restaurant closer to home, we've noticed that the chips have seemed less fresh. Additionally, the Chinese curry sauce was excessively salty on our last visit, making it inedible. I suspect there may have been a change in ownership, as I only recognize one of the staff now... This is the only genuine fish and chip shop I’ve discovered since relocating to Nottingham from Yorkshire more than ten years ago.
We used to visit regularly because the chips were the best in the area. However, during our last few visits, particularly while stopping by another restaurant closer to home, we've noticed that the chips have seemed less fresh. Additionally, the Chinese curry sauce was excessively salty on our last visit, making it inedible. I suspect there may have been a change in ownership, as I only recognize one of the staff now. Hopefully, they will address these issues and improve things in the future.
