What George Coleman doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
The restaurant was crowded, but the staff managed to keep things running smoothly. However, we were disappointed to find that we had spent £9 on two medium hot chocolates - one regular and one Terry's. Despite the high price, the hot chocolates were only average and not particularly enjoyable. We felt that we could have easily made better hot chocolate at home for a fraction of the cost. The restaurant has recently been renovated and is now clean, bright, and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and there is a wide variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. They also offer cakes, pastries, biscuits, sandwiches, and toasted sandwiches. Despite a large queue, the staff worked efficiently to serve customers as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
