Coffee N Cream - Nottingham

I ordered poached eggs on toast with beans. Half of the plate was filled with beans, but the eggs were cold and poorly cooked. I took my food back to the counter and the woman working there was extremely rude with no customer service skills. She took my food without saying a word, leaving me to leave without eating or receiving a refund. Additionally, there was an old man sitting next to me who was spitting in the salt shaker to unblock it. This experience was absolutely revolting - from the food to the service. I will definitely be warning others about this terrible place.

Came here today and the staff got the order wrong which wasn’t a problem at all however the male man was shouting in the middle of the cafe and was huffing and puffing ! Proceeded to talk in his own language about it for five minutes. He came round to ask how it was which I thought was nice so I try to explain to him to just calm down and don’t shout as it put me off coming back and his reply was we don’t want you too come back ! He continued to stare at me ! I ate quickly and cleaned up the table and left ! Will never recommend this place ! Nasty nasty man! Felt upset about this all day ! I understand it’s a stressful time but this is not how to treat your customers!

Went to bulwell for multiple reason but we started at the cafe for breakfast. nice food and lovely staff. nice decor but wish the breakfast menu was more than 3 options on the table menus like the CNC in Eastwood..still nice food

This place was superb. worth a visit. this facility was clean, friendly and welcoming. the outer is bold and striking. eating was very good standard, well cooked. I enjoyed a fried egg sandwich. the protein was thoroughly boiled and the egg yolk was...runny and rich. I visited with a friend and they enjoyed their meal. the atmosphere was relaxed, quiet and friendly. a family-oriented place that ensures everyone. the facilities were extremely clean and usable. the food is freshly cooked as soon as an order is made. faster service. I would recommend this caffe.

We wanted for several reasons bulwell, but we started in caffe to breakfast. nice eating and beautiful staff. beautiful decor, but wish the breakfast menu was more than 3 options on the table menus like the cnc in Eastwood.still nice eating.
