What DawnPritchard doesn't like about Caffe Nero King Street:
The other two Caffè Nero are pretty good with nice friendly and efficient staff! This one is shocking! The staff are arrogant and rude and ruin what ought to be a nice place to go!! It is a shame as it is such a good location. Given them the benefit of the doubt several times and not got any better!!! View all feedback. What Jane J likes about Caffe Nero King Street:
I visited today (2.2.2019) and bought tomato soup and it was heated for me and served in a bowl with hot bread, both of which was delicious. I also had tea with soya milk. While some patrons praise the friendly service and cozy settings, others report instances of rudeness and neglect, particularly regarding hygiene and staff attitude. Many enjoy the coffee and food selection, finding the venue suitable for work or relaxation. However, complaints about cleanliness, especially in restrooms, and uncomfortable air conditioning persist. Despite these drawbacks, the café remains popular due to its enticing location and offerings, making it a worthwhile stop for coffee lovers exploring Nottingham's vibrant city center.

I ordered a coffee and a cake that was very good, but what was in it was a vegetarian tussus or a vegetable sandwich or a fruit or, like, a diet food.
Great coffee and location but possible the worst wifi connection and phone signal in town
