Went here as it was our last day at work. we ordered our food, and the waitress brought out opposite tables, food they also offered our food to that table they said it wasn't there's so we said that might be ours but she chose to ignore us and took it back . 15mins later, they brought our food out it was COLD ,DRY, AND IT LOOKED DISGUSTING, so we sent it back .With no appologe from staff but a floor manager came out... We had our Christmas Day dinner there today, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and served hot, and there was plenty to go around. The service from all the staff was exceptional. While we were eating, not one member of staff came over to ask if we were OK with our food, It was a shame as it is a nice quant and cosy place to go . Probably staff not experienced enough .
