Too bad no one came to delete the table after we had finished our meal. we might have enjoyed a dessert. also it would have been helpful to show a dessert board in the new opposite, as we did not want to get up and wander around to look for one if the current climate. but eating was excellent,

We can always rely on Belle and Joe's for freshly cooked good food and cakes. Their coronavirus precautions are excellent and discreet, making us feel safe and relaxed.

We visited the restaurant for my wife's birthday breakfast.

This restaurant is dependable, with tables separated by screens for COVID safety. While this does affect the view—it's a shame as the space looks more inviting without them—the safety measures provide peace of mind for diners. The food remains good. However, I do wish they still offered two fillets of smoked mackerel with the smoked mackerel salad; receiving just one doesn't offer great value at full price. During the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, I had no complaints, but since the smoked mackerel salad is my favorite and aligns with my current diet, I'm unsure when I'll return.

The food and service were fantastic, as always! We both enjoyed our Eggs Benedict, which were cooked to perfection.
