Bagel Nash - Nottingham

The dining experience was extremely disappointing, the bagels were of very poor quality and tasted awful. The staff were also excessively rude when I raised the issue. I would highly recommend steering clear of this restaurant at all costs.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. We had to wait 15 minutes for a simple order, and the workers seemed completely unprepared. This is not acceptable for a restaurant located in the city center.

I visited this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago. I had always thought it looked like a cool independent place to hang out, but was surprised to find that it was more of a fast food joint on the inside. There was only one person working there when I arrived around 10:45am, and it seemed that person was the only staff member. I ordered a breakfast bagel with scrambled eggs, bacon, and brown sauce. The bagel selection was good, but the labels were hard to read so I asked for assistance. I also ordered a diet coke and a side of hash browns. The food was served quickly and tasted great. The place was clean, but lacked atmosphere. The service was bland and lacked warmth, making me feel like the person working there wasn't very interested in my visit. I had high hopes for this place, but ultimately left feeling that it wouldn't be among my top choices for dining in Nottingham when I'm hungry. It has potential to be better.

We stayed here a quick lunch and my sister ordered a chicken salad. despite all the ingredients that are on the switch for the same, we were told that one could not be made. this is despite several posters in the inner saying that salads were made fresh. Apparently, I was not told that they had pasta. I then asked for a simple salat of the sweet at the theke with the huh on the display on the top. the ignorant blonde waitress, which obviously could not be disturbed to do their actual job, said no salate anesthetic. will not come back.

The first thing that struck me was the friendliness of the staff, and in particular the manager. What a nice chap! Mind you, we found Nottingham to be a friendly city in general. The rest of the staff were nice and helpful talking us through...the options available on the very good value meal deal choice of fillings, style of bagel, drink and crisps all for £5.50 each. Bagels were fresh and the toppings plentiful and tasty. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Great for a quick bite and fifteen minute break from shopping.
