The baked bean... read more I visit this restaurant frequently, and I appreciate the friendly staff and the delicious fish they serve. However, I do have a couple of issues. The baked beans have a very strong flavor that I don’t particularly enjoy. Additionally, I experienced food poisoning the last time I dined here, although I can’t be certain it was from the fish. I would love to give this place a fifth star, but I need to go three months without any issues first. If I encounter problems again, I might have to lower my rating.

The only downsid... read more We always order several large fish, which are freshly cooked for us each time, so everything comes out together. We've never been disappointed! The only downside is that some of the chips can be a bit hit or miss. Overall, it's a fantastic place with great service. My daughters have started calling it "Apollo" instead of just a chippy, and they think it's better than any other local fish and chip shop. It's the only one we visit now!

The portion sizes are the best I have ever recieved from anywhere not sure how they make money! The service is great all the guys that work there are so friendly. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the great chippy, Apollo Fish Bar.
