The baked bean... read more I visit this restaurant frequently, and I appreciate the friendly staff and the delicious fish they serve. However, I do have a couple of issues. The baked beans have a very strong flavor that I don’t particularly enjoy. Additionally, I experienced food poisoning the last time I dined here, although I can’t be certain it was from the fish. I would love to give this place a fifth star, but I need to go three months without any issues first. If I encounter problems again, I might have to lower my rating.

The fresh salad and dressing were delightful, and everything was clean and well-organized. The customer service was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my kebab and chips, accompanied by a fresh salad. Overall, the prices were very reasonable.

The only downside is that some of the chips can be a bit hit or miss. Overall, it's a fantastic place with great service. My daughters have started calling it "Apollo" instead of just a chippy, and they think it's better than any other local fish and chip shop. It's the only one we visit now!

It is also one of the few places to sell a canned drink I like too!
