It is a nice location, for convenience rather than size, but it does get crowded during certain times of the day (What do you expect on a college campus Otherwise, the prices are quite manageable, especially when you take advantage of student flex points. The best part is that it operates for much of the day, extending through nighttime, which is useful for late studying on the weekends. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I am not sure what this review is trying to convey as it is written in a confusing and unclear manner. However, it appears to be mentioning something about using lactose milk in a coffee machine. Unfortunately, the rest of the text is unintelligible. View all feedback.
Even though the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming, the prices and products at this restaurant are disappointing. The prices are much higher than other Starbucks locations, and there are no discounts for students or faculty like the one on Eddy Street. The same size beverage can cost fifty cents more here, and the drink I received had less liquid than usual. The foam on top of the drink was minimal, making me question if I received a smaller size. Sometimes, coffee drips down the cup, leaving it sticky and messy. The quality control needs to be improved, as I have had multiple negative experiences in a short period of time. Starbucks is known for its high-quality beverages and excellent service, so it is important for this location to maintain their standards. I suggest reevaluating the value customers receive for the price they pay. I always expect top-notch beverages and service from Starbucks, and it is important to uphold their brand reputation. Additionally, I had to wait for all the foam to disappear before being able to enjoy my drink.
During the COVID pandemic, this restaurant should allow customers to order without having to use an app. I don't always have the time to download an app and wait for my coffee. Sometimes my phone is dead or I don't have it with me. Requiring customers to interact only through an online app is an unreasonable expectation.

As one enters the Café it is a pretty average sized. A place big enough to enjoy as time slows down. Personally, I had a wonderful experience for the service was great for the way they treated me was without judgement or discrimination. Furthermore, they were very efficient for I receive my drink always within a 5-minute time span. Whether my drink be hot or cold it all depends on my mood, sometimes I just let my curiosity fly and explore the exotic drinks. The ones that seem too good to be true, only wanting to know how they taste like. When enjoying these drinks, I can't help but look around and admire the setting of the place. For I could see myself talking to my friend/s, or just trying to use the time to be productive and do some work. With how comfortable the seating it a complete place like nothing is is missing. Finally, I a place where I can say to myself “You be who you are truly are”.
