Caffè Nero Bollente - Noto

Shocking, that's what I saw while waiting to sip a coffee and a grappa at the counter, I noticed in disbelief the elderly but very lively lady preparing cocktails, fruit juices and various dishes for poor customers at the table, let's start with hygiene, straws and ice IN short, I took ANYTHING with my hands, the same ones where they touch cash money etc etc, but it was even more shocking to observe how the lady was adding water everywhere, spritz 60% water, in fruit juices, in whatever she was preparing, I was really shocked shocked, the lady considering the prices she has, she should be ashamed!

What can I say, everything was perfect. The granita and brioche were delicious. Friendly staff. Normal wait. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service mediocre food normal bill for three salads we waited more than forty minutes and in the end a side dish never arrived after 90 minutes we paid and left without waiting for the dish to arrive Vegetarian options: There are two or three salads.
