The restaurant has always been good and is now extremely upmarket, with wonderful combinations of flavours and textures and visually inviting. Desserts are sinful. But one must sin from time to time. Aldo is the Maitre D and is vigilant that every desire is met. Terrific staff. Friendly, polite service. Multi lingual. Excellent wine selection. Lunch and dinner menus are different. And if you need more, the views over the magnificent gardens and pool add that magical finishing touch. A short drive from Noto, but why not stay? Menu choices are very hard to make ....

We ended a great night with a cocktail at their viewing point, 3 minutes walk from the terrace.

The food was simply delicious from start to finish – finely balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. Every course was a delight and delighted us. The service also deserves special praise: attentive, warm, and professional, without ever being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and completely at ease. An unforgettable culinary experience that we highly recommend. A huge compliment to the entire team – we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Not only the place is magic and beautifully renovated, the people welcomed in a warm and professional way. Food was on par with the environment. The pasta was outstanding and the fish en papillote “cartoccio” was perfectly cooked and presented with roasted vegetables. We ended with delicious gelato and sherbet, with a special mention to the mandarin sherbet.

The... read more We had 3 meals there included a 4 courses dinner. Service was really poor but at least they are nice: they forgot the wine twice and other similar behavior. The food was ****: The risotto was not cooked: I guess nobody in the kitchen give it a try. The dessert was a disgusting fruit jelly that most table didn’t eat. We didn’t have one enjoyable course over 3 meals. There are plenty of good restaurants around, just forget this one.

I really think they need some new talent in their team as they just didn't seem to understand with a consistently poor attitude and standard. The breakfast was absolutely farcical both in terms of service and food. The owners may not be aware but they really need to bring in someone at a senior level who understands the requirements of an international clientele and totally overhaul the service and catering at the property and it then has the potential to be really special. I arrived today, it's a beautiful place but so far the service has been underwhelming and the dinner this evening was very disappointing, they had been telling... read more I arrived today, it's a beautiful place but so far the service has been underwhelming and the dinner this evening was very disappointing, they had been telling us about the BBQ all day and for us food is a significant part of the experience and enjoyment and it was average at best and very overpriced, we ordered a red snapper which was burnt, over cooked and dry. We are probably more spoilt than other visitors as we live in London and I'm also an excellent cook but expectations are obviously going to be high when you come to a destination like Sicily with such a great culinary reputation. The service also needs improving, slow in the restaurant, they forgot to bring us ice even when I had to go and find someone as there was no one at the pool bar.

The frame is beautiful. kitchen with local products, very beautiful compositions that modernize the classics of the sicilia. up to the detail of the oil of the estate and homemade breads (the tomato bread does not miss the tiramisu, a small wonder. staff are very professional, attentive and discreet. beautiful choice of local wines. you can take your coffee or digestive in the nearby living room as comfortable as comfortable. it is not given but experience is worth it
